RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To arrange a return or exchange please email us, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
We do not refund original delivery costs or return shipping unless in the unlikely event there is a problem or defect with your product.
For exchanges you will be charged the cost of shipping for new product. We strongly advise you return your item by royal mail tracked service. We cannot accept cost of lost items.
Please note we cannot accept returns for custom made or personalised items.
